Many people are not satisfied with the way they are or what they have, are you?
I have noticed that a lot of people love to complain about
how they wish they were doing something better or how they had a successful career
or a bigger house or lots of pretty clothes or anything like that. If you’re a
culprit to this way of thinking then STOP right there, thank you very much….You
need to fill up your happy tank!!
The way I do this is I make a list of all the things I’m
grateful about, as well as all the things I wish to achieve , but haven’t at
the moment .
For example, here is
a little snippet of my list.
I have a loving family
I have supportive friends
I am fit and healthy
I am a successful author
I have a Lamborghini
I am a millionaire
Etc.
Be as imaginative and crazy as you want, it will
automatically make you feel good about yourself, because you’re putting the
things you are grateful for and the things you wish for on the same list, therefore
you’re telling your brain that you have all the things on the list making you
feel good about yourself, it will fill up your happy tank right to the top. You
should try to do this every day. It’s a lot of fun, and then if you really want
the things on your wish list, you will get it, but you’ll have to work for it.
